Food Safety Officer (Group-B)

• Degree Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, or Doctorate Degree from a recognized University in: Food Technology / Food Engineering / Food Processing & Preservation / Food Technology & Management / Food Biotechnology / Food Safety & Quality Management. Dairy Technology, Biotechnology, or Oil Technology. Disciplines deemed to be covered under Agricultural Science (Agriculture, Agriculture Engineering, Fisheries, Food Nutrition & Dietetics, or Horticulture). Veterinary Sciences, Bio-Chemistry, Microbiology, Chemistry, or Medicine. Medical Degrees: MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, BSMS, or Sowa Rigpa qualifications. • Language Criteria: Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the subjects in Matriculation (Class 10th) OR Hindi as a subject in Higher Education. • Mandatory Food Authority Training: Must successfully complete training specified by the Food Authority post-appointment.
