Medical Officer (Medical)

• MBBS Degree from a recognized medical college/university approved by the National Medical Commission (NMC) / Medical Council of India (MCI). • Permanent registration with the Rajasthan Medical Council (RMC) is mandatory on or before the date of examination. • Completion of Compulsory Rotatory Residential Internship (CRRI). • Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script and familiarity with Rajasthan culture.

Age Limit Criteria (as on 01 January 2027)

• Minimum Age Limit: 22 Years
• Maximum Age Limit: 45 Years
• Age Relaxation: Relaxations of 5 years for SC/ST/OBC/MBC/EWS Male candidates of Rajasthan, 10 years for reserved category Female candidates, and 5 years for General Female candidates apply as per Rajasthan Medical Services Rules.

RUHS Medical Officer Selection Process & Exam Pattern

The recruitment process under RUHS Medical Officer Recruitment 2026 comprises the following evaluation phases:

1. Written Examination (MODRE-2026): An offline OMR-based test of 100 marks consisting of 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) covering MBBS curriculum subjects. Exam duration is 2 hours (120 minutes) with no negative marking.
